Happy New Year's Eve, everyone! What a year 2016 has been. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping to make Chapman Real Estate’s second full year in business a wonderful success. We are grateful to all of our clients, past and current, for putting your trust in us. We know that buying and selling is one of the most important decisions you make, and we are truly honored to have the chance to participate in that with you.
This year we assisted buyers and sellers in 30 transactions around Western Colorado. Our clients bought and sold property from Delta to Grand Junction, Paonia to Montrose, Somerset to Cedaredge, and everywhere in between. We had the pleasure of working with acquaintances old and new, and are exceptionally grateful for the many of you that have become wonderful friends.
We are looking forward to 2017! We have been working on improving our marketing and advertising efforts to better serve our friends and clients in the coming year. We are so grateful for the opportunities you all have given us to assist you in your real estate transactions, and we would be honored to help your friends or family that may need a Realtor in the coming years.
Thank you for your love, support, and loyalty- our business would be nothing without you.
Wishing you peace, happiness, and sucess in 2017!
The Chapman Real Estate team
Fall is finally upon us! The mountains in late September and early October in Western Colorado are truly nothing short of breathtaking! My mom and I took a long hike up along our favorite lake today (Lost Lake!), and the views, crisp mountain air, and sense of peace that the mountains bring reminded me yet again of why I LOVE this beautiful state! One of the most wonderful elements to living in Western Colorado is the distinct 4-seasons. We have true-to-hue winter, spring, summer, and fall! Have you been considering living in Delta or Montrose County? Maybe Gunnison County or the Grand Valley? Now is one of the most beautiful times to come touring, both for scenery and for real estate deals. As the weather cools off, so do prices. It's an excellent time of year for buyers to scoop up a property that hasn't sold over the summer selling season- and potentially at a great discount. On your way, check out one of my top 3 "leaf-peaking" sites- sure to leave you spellbound to the gold, orange, and red autumn splendor!
